Kids Can Do Pediatric Therapy Center
If you have a child who requires rehabilitation services, you can trust the licensed therapists at Kids Can Do Pediatric Therapy Center to provide quality services to help your child achieve maximum functioning ability. We provide comprehensive pediatric physical, occupational and speech-language therapy services in a child-friendly, family-focused environment. Kids Can Do is the only dedicated pediatric therapy center in south central Kentucky. We serve children from birth to age 21.
A referral for outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and/or speech therapy can be provided by a physician, physician’s assistant or a licensed nurse practitioner. Our highly-trained therapists assess and treat children with diagnoses including:

- Traumatic brain injury
- Cerebrovascular accident
- Muscular dystrophy
- Genetic syndromes
- Spinal cord injury

Specialized pediatric programs include:
- Free screenings are available by appointment. Our therapists can also be scheduled to perform screening clinics in physician offices.
- Therapists can assist families in ordering medical equipment such as specialty wheelchairs with custom seating, other durable medical equipment and augmentative communication devices.
- Occupational and physical therapy specialized services include custom splinting and casting services.
- Our skilled therapists are available for employee trainings in daycare centers and schools.
Individualized care provided
Our therapists use a team approach to provide individualized care, involving families while promoting each child's development and independence. Treatments may be provided individually, in co-treatment with another discipline or in a group. Our Center includes individual treatment rooms and two large gyms. Two treatment areas include a variety of suspended swings, and one gym area offers a ball pit. Parents can join in sessions or view their child via one-way windows.
