Oncology Support Team
We have established an
oncology support team to provide referral assistance
when you or a family member receives a diagnosis of
cancer. Members of the oncology support team work together
to ensure your needs - whether of a physical, informational,
psychosocial or emotional nature - are met. This gives
you and your family one less thing to worry about. Members
of our oncology support team meet weekly to discuss
cases and also meet individually with each oncology
patient.
Members of the team are actively involved with the Central
Kentucky Cancer Program (CKCP) in partnership with the
Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation to help assist
in meeting the needs of cancer patients and their families.
