Interview Process
At Ephraim McDowell Health, we are committed
to providing quality services, and we hire only the best
people to provide those services. To select the best, we
have a three-step process for interviewing applicants.
Our interview process may involve representatives from
Human Resources, directors from within our healthcare system
and Associates from the department you are interviewing
for. This is all part of our goal to select the best Associates
possible.
Each applicant's interview process is based on the applicant's schedule
and the needs of the particular department they are applying to. A three-step
interview process may include the following:

An initial interview with a Human Resources representative.

When appropriate, a second interview with the director
of the department where you are seeking employment.

When a third and final interview is scheduled, it
is with other Associates from the department where
you are seeking employment. This is a very important
component of the interview process because your potential
peers make recommendations about an applicant's suitability
for the position available. This also gives you an
opportunity to ask questions among our staff to help
you determine if the job you are seeking is suitable
to your goals.
