High school graduate or equivalent. Registered technician with Board o f Pharmacy within 30 days. CPHT within 120 days. Computer order entry, medical or pharmacy related work experience preferred. Preference to those with Omnicell experience, IV admixture competency, ability to compute drug doses, working knowledge of prescription drugs and formulation, preparation, packaging, and proven work history demonstrating reliability, initiative, problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills. |
