Total Hip, Knee Replacement Programs earn certification
Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center’s (EMRMC) Orthopedic program has earned two Gold Seals of Approval™ for health care quality. The Joint Commission awarded EMRMC Disease-Specific Care Certification for its Total Hip and its Total Knee Replacement programs on Thursday, February 18, 2010. This makes EMRMC the only hospital in the Commonwealth of Kentucky to hold this honor. Read More

Women's Health Fairs
In partnership with area health departments, Ephraim McDowell Health is sponsoring free Women's Health Fairs. These will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the local health department on the following dates:
April 14 - Mercer County Health Department
April 15 - Lincoln County Health Department
April 20 - Garrard County Health Department
April 22 - Boyle County Health Department
April 26 - Washington County Health Department
April 28 - Casey County Health Department
